I offer a range of childbirth education options, including a self-paced or live birth course that teaches you about your rights, what to expect, and how to become an advocate for the birth you and your partner want. These courses cover everything from the incredible capabilities of your body to the different methods that can help you achieve a calm and safe delivery.
I understand that finding a provider who truly supports your autonomy and choice of birth can be challenging. That's why I offer assistance with interview questions, to help you find a provider who is truly aligned with your goals rather than just convenient or someone .
My focus is on cultivating and strengthening the tools you need to welcome your baby safely, lovingly, gently, and in an informed way. As a compassionate companion on your journey, I provide a trusted ear, answer questions, offer suggestions, and provide support in a way that is unique and tailored to your needs.
