We meet for a one-day emersion in learning all about what to expect at birth, especially in the hospital setting, and how to get the hospital to work for you and with you! At the completion of this class, you will know what is normal in birth so you know what to expect in birth and postpartum so you can feel prepared and confident! Get real-time answers and learn from someone who understands births' needs and can help guide you on your path. This is a comprehensive birth prep course and goes through all of your options and rights in birth so you don't walk into birth blindly. As a doula with a midwifery education, you will learn so much from this course! I love sharing everything I have learned as a birth attendant. The virtual option is weeknights for three 2.5-hour sessions. Price includes partner.
