Service Description

Community Prenatal is meant to be a meeting of pregnant woman that are looking for support, community, and healing. You can expect: - A weekly check in/introductions. - Guided meditation to drop in. - Share circle- no fixing just listening. - Group Reiki session to help us process our shares and clear out any negative feelings and reground. -Refreshments and Learning time - Either guest speaker or Q&A with me. Food is potluck style, refreshments will be provided. Local pregnancy safe teas & herbal mocktails will be available as well from True Bloom and The Wheel Cycles. $27 per group Please consider a suggested donation of $10 more when there is a guest speaker so I can pay them for their time.
