ANTENATAL CARE
$125 per 4 hour shift
3 antenatal visits up to 4 hours long to help you if you are pregnant and placed on bed rest or are suffering from pubic symphysis, edema, extreme fatigue, high blood pressure, anxiety or any other ailment that you made need extra support. before baby arrives

PRENATALS ONLY W/ OPTION FOR VIRTUAL SUPPORT DURING BIRTH

4 hour in person prenatal info session to teach you and your partner what to do in labor and how to prepare for labor prenatally. This is great for those of you that don't want a doula present at your birth but whould love to have a doulas skills for your partner to have in their pocket for when you need that support.
I will teach you and your partner how to talk to your care provider about your birth preferences and share with you various comfort measures using relaxation techniques, how and where to apply counter pressure, how to use a rebozo and how to do various Spinning Babies® positions correctly. I will teach you how to set up your ideal birth space and what you'll need to accomplish a peaceful supported birth.
Add on virtual doula care where I can support with 2 video calls during labor and unlimited text support for an extra $300
BELLY BIRTH SUPPORT
$1200
$1200 Planned Cesarean Birth Support, guidance on belly birth preferences, help with first latch and two, 4 hour daytime postpartum visits to help you heal, rest and recover from your birth.

I will walk you and your partner through what to expect from your cesarean birth, talk about the importance of making sure your OB with respect your birth wishes and how to plan for a better postpartum. Includes 90 min zoom call. For $50 more I can draft a gentle birth cesarean plan.
